To remove our dependency on the NHS website (www.nhs.uk) and releases of the cookie consent solution to the assets.nhs.uk CDN, we should self host the cookie-consent.js JavaScript. This will mean that we can choose when to update the version of the cookie consent solution and also has some additional performance/security benefits too.
