Description

:wrench: Fixes

Use the latest version of the NHS.UK frontend library (v2.3.1)
Update package dependencies to latest versions
Anonymize IP addresses in Google Analytics
Implement the latest version of the cookie consent solution
Remove bottom margin on the hero heading
