Description

This disables eslint from running on the compiled nhs.uk cookie-consent.js solution. Allowing the tests to pass.

The Azure Pipeline (https://dev.azure.com/nhsuk/nhsx-website/_build) has been enabled as a required status checks to pass before merging to master.
