"NHS Wales" doesn't have an active GitHub account and isn't part of the NHS in England #10

GitHub is the NHS’ preferred platform for publishing open source code. NHS England and Improvement, Wales, Digital and X all have GitHub accounts, as do many NHS trusts and units.

The 'Wales' link points to an account for DHCW (previously NWIS). DHCW is one organisation in NHS Wales.

Furthermore, NHS Wales isn't part of the NHS in England, so it might be worth providing more context as to why you're mentioning an organisation outside of "the NHS".

Might be worth using "the NHS in England" more frequently throughout the document, including in the first mention, to make the scope clearer. (Although I hope we can steal large parts of the policy for Wales...)
