Various issue fixes

This PR should tackle #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6.

In summary:

• Update NHSX logo to become just NHS
• Add social card meta data + image
• Add meta tags for title/description based of mdx title/summary
• Expand MDX support to allow tables, HTML etc
• Cleanup dependancies
• Add new team member component and hook up to existing page
