Major updates to README.md #11

-Added Disclaimers on the top, alongside notes for potentially new LOL players on Linux -Tweaks to formatting to make it look more aesthetically pleasing -Added a few more verbose instructions so that it is easy to follow along -Added a new section: Overview of what the settings and configurations should look like, alongside a few notes explaining certain parameters -Slight changes to 'Update new wine-lol' to facilitate future readers

These should be final changes I intended to make.
