No command to add to dictionary content
- As a user, we are unable to add more content or definitions into the dictionary.
- This is a feature flaw since it's either undocumented or does not exist and being unable to add anything apart from notes seems like a feature flaw for a user.

Dictionote is not meant to allow users to add/delete content/definitions
Just like how dictionary and textbook don't allow it, user/students, to randomly add their definition/content. It is used as a reference.

As a user, I would like to create, read, update and delete content into the dictionary.
So far, we are only able to do reading, while create, update and delete are missing.
This should be a high priority as the dictionary only comes wih two content by default with no way for the user to add more, other than editing the json file.
