Plotly panel - update grafana version + fix bug with multiple frames #23

I updated @grafana/data to get the new color picker standard option for field configs.

I also fixed an issue where if you had multiple frames containing fields with different names on the same graph, it would fight over which field gets to go on the y-axis. This is more obvious with #22.
