Trivial conflict between e8d48c2282a913edb10c6ce1c4320e44b717b280 ("Revert "usb: dwc3: Soft reset phy on probe for host"") and 21786f2d58ee69ee786c1e0d7bb1fe1ecfad57dc ("usb: dwc3: call _DSM for core soft reset") was resolved in place by retaining the later/our still relevant commit 21786f2d58ee69ee786c1e0d7bb1fe1ecfad57dc code.
