nati_x86_64_defconfig: Enable CONFIG_CIFS_DFS_UPCALL #149

Enable CONFIG_CIFS_DFS_UPCALL so that ip address need not be specified explicitly when mounting shares containing DFS links.

WI: AB#2627735.

Testing

[x] Installed on a VM and verified that cifs shares containing DFS links work when correct vers=<> is specified in mount options and keyutils, cifs-utils packages are installed.

Note to maintainers

This is not required to be pulled into 6.1 kernel but it doesn't hurt to if desired (tested).
