This is a regular merge of latest linux-stable-rt tag v6.1.107-rt39.

This also contains fix for https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219129 which most likely fixes AB#2836746

No merge conflicts

Testing

[x] Built and boot tested on cRIO-9043 and a VM.
[x] Verified that all NI drivers re-version correctly via dkms.

Additional functional and performance testing left to the ATSes.
