nati_x86_64_defconfig: enable MTD, MTD_SPI_NOR, and UBIFS modules #89

Enable modules for MTD, MTD SPI NOR, and UBIFS support on top of MTD devices. These are used to support SPI-bus attached NOR configuration flash(es).
