How do I install ni linuxrt on my arm card？It's not a NI card

NILRT's distro configuration doesn't natively support installation on non-NI ARM32 hardware. You'll have you construct your own OpenEmbdded layer for your device, with a BSP specific to your hardware. Unfortunately, we can't really give you any support for that effort. But good luck!
