Migrate all Storybook code from `nimble-components` to `storybook` #2044

Closes #1978

👩‍💻 Implementation

Removed all Storybook-related files from nimble-components
- Modified nimble-components icon generation to not generate react wrappers
Added all Nimble story files and react wrappers to storybook
- Added icon react wrapper generation to storybook project
Updated pipeline and site to use Storybook from new location

🧪 Testing

Built projects and ran/spot-checked Storybook.
