🤨 Rationale

Adds support for width-mode on the icon column in Angular and Blazor. It was introduced in nimble-components in #1873.

👩‍💻 Implementation

Add width-mode to the icon column in Angular and Blazor.
Update example apps to make the "Result" column an icon-only column

🧪 Testing

Added tests for both Angular and Blazor following existing patterns. Verified the column renders as expected in the Angular app and the Blazor app.
