Button label size update from 12.8px to 14px

🤨 Rationale

During the move from XD to Figma, the button and tab label sizes changed from 12.8px to 14px, but this wasn't reflected in the implementation.

👩‍💻 Implementation

Update the base ButtonLabel_1 font size token to 14px.
