icon request for good/bad ratings and autopilot

🎨 Icon Request

Currently nimble lacks way to rate/ show user previous ratings I would like to request

and also autopilot [service that automatically queues test runs] that previously had the icon of a car is also missing

📌 Request Background

This will be used in MTOs dashboard: https://dashboard.ni.systems/, to display if a build is rated good/bad and if a resource is used by autopilot to auto queue runs.

@SPathani-NI - Thanks for the request. To help prioritize this, are you using a component that requires the use of a nimble icons? Or are you able to use the above Google icons as a stopgap?

@fredvisser We are using the Nimble design system for our Angular based app, so want all possible components to be nimble based. However, yes right now for placeholders we are using google icons.
