Add DataFrameClient usage examples
Update "Getting Started" docs with DataFrameClient overview and examples

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Good docs = happy customers

What testing has been done?

Verified examples work as expected in Jupyter notebook
Ran poe tasks locally
Verified docs look correct and links work
