What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Uniquifies libraries used by the scripting APIs to prevent name conflicts when scripting multiple custom devices in same project.

Adds the vendor name as a prefix to the Import library during scripting API build.
Creates a library for Shared files during build during scripting API build.
Remove unused library from Examples project because that library no longer exists.
Remove stale project files that no longer exist on disk.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Fixes #101

What testing has been done?

Built scripting API, opened and ran scripting examples to verify they still work. Waiting on PR build.
