What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Cosmetic change to get the AIM MIL-STD-1553 Hardware API.lvlib looking a little cleaner, before cleaning up individual VIs in future PRs.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

So it's easier to tell when a Hardware API VI is used instead of a generic shared VI

What testing has been done?

Just cosmetic, no testing needed.
