What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Updates the scripting API palette to link to the AIM API instead of referencing the Ballard API.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

This is an AIM custom device.

What testing has been done?

Visually inspected palette and verified files are correctly dropped without having Ballard support installed.
