Update refresh, test RT0, swap guide required states

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Updates a bug in the Refresh dialog that shows RT0 as a terminal address for the unused terminal when the RT is changed for BC->RT or RT->BC
Updates the system tests Hardware.xml and Parameters.xml to test with RT0 instead of RT1 for better coverage of version 1.1 changes
Show version 1.1 behavior as description in Parameters guide

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Fixes a few issues with RT0 support
