What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Removes the National Instruments prefix from cloned custom devices. #113 removed the prefix from the XML file, but the cloning tool added it back during generation.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

This change actually fixes what #113 was supposed to fix.

What testing has been done?

Ran the cloning tool and verified there is no prefix.
