As a custom device developer, I should build and deploy often. It is frustrating when I fall out of this habit and make a change that breaks something that was working (specifically, deployment of the custom device).

A deployment test with the custom device should be added to this template. Ironicaly, this deployment test could be based off the two concrete custom devices instantiated from this template (Ballard ARINC 429 or Ballard MIL-STD 1553).
