What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Remove and ignore CHM files in the repository.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

As of #16, these CHM files are now auto-generated as part of the build. We do not want git detecting the CHM files as changed after every build.

What testing has been done?

Built locally and confirmed the CHM was still generated automatically.
