What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Separates source from Build CHM.vi. Also fixes path in test to check source files in the entire repo instead of just the Custom Device directory.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

All source should be separated and tests should check the entire repo.

What testing has been done?

Ran the automated tests through VI Tester UI to verify they pass. Probed the path to check and verified it is the entire Source directory.
