What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Reduces the chances of encountering a LabVIEW crash when attempting to delete files too soon after they are removed from the LV project.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Crashes are bad. Not crashing is better.

What testing has been done?

Ran multiple clones without encountering a crash on a machine that I saw crash twice in 2 runs.
