Cloning tool doesn't update dependency paths #96

Describe the bug After running the template tool to clone a project, the .lvlibp paths in the custom device XML still point to Communication Bus libraries that no longer exist.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run the template cloning tool.
  2. Inspect the custom device XML for the new project and see entries for Communication Bus Engine.lvlibp.

Expected behavior These dependencies should have the paths updated to the new engine PPLs.
