What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Replaces the Communication Bus Engine.lvlibp paths in the custom device XML with the new PPL name based on the cloned custom device name.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Fixes #96

What testing has been done?

Cloned template and verified paths are updated. Built Linux x64 PPL and engine and verified System Explorer error for missing path went away.
