What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Remove quotes around `%projectpath% variable
Change test project names to include spaces to catch bugs like this going forward

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Fix #167

What testing has been done?

Branch builds before and after submitting the fix in dad7c3b
