What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Mark test build VIs as source separated Mass compiles the source directory to save all LabVIEW files in LabVIEW 2020 Updates README.md to designate LabVIEW 2020

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

We no longer support LabVIEW and VeriStand 2019

What testing has been done?

Pending PR build
