Support deploying with Embedded UI enabled #17

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Uses Start Asynchronous Call to launch the logging loop instead of the Run VI invoke node.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Deploying a system definition to Linux RT with embedded UI enabled will fail unless we change how the asynchronous loop is launched.

Fixes #16

What testing has been done?

Manual testing of deployment and logging. Ran automated tests.
