Add system test which exercises scripting API #59

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Add a test that scripts a system definition and deploys it, confirming that a log file is created.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

We want to validate that deploying a scripted system definition works without opening it in system explorer.

What testing has been done?

Ran tests locally.
