Add test for additional file properties, use a proper error code in the scripting API #66

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Adds a system test which generates a file with additional properties. Replace a temporary error code with a proper one.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Necessary follow up to #65.

What testing has been done?

Ran tests locally.
