Update bitfile path to be a string control to match other controls #13

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Replace the "Bitfile Path" path control with a string control that matches the surrounding controls better.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

This updates the page to follow the UI spec better.

What testing has been done?

Loaded page and viewed it.
