What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Make the scripting API build export the File Formats packed library to the same location as the rest of the builds
Remove name collisions between supported and unsupported variant VIs. These collisions cause two additional directories to be created, which are just clutter. I emailed the last known owner of the GXML library, which uses the unsupported versions, to see what can be done about updating this.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Requested by Dan after some testing.

What testing has been done?

Hand testing of the scripting API (via Dan)
Hand testing of the import/export GXML functionality of the Digital Patterns page.
Ran automated tests
