Remove Pharlap and Linux ARM targets from CD XML
Clean up some whitespace inconsistency
Why should this Pull Request be merged?
Finish a missed part of removing target support from the CD.
With the stub files we create, this isn't 100% necessary. However, it certainly helps avoid cluttering up system definition files containing this CD.
What testing has been done?
Used the new XML to add a CD to a blank system definition and deploy
