Remove firmware/binaries assets related to the NI-9144.
This does not remove the System Explorer page for the 9144, which is kept to ensure existing system definitions can still be viewed with newer versions of the custom device.
Why should this Pull Request be merged?
We no longer support the NI-9144 and these files do not need to be installed.
