What does this Pull Request accomplish?

Replaces "localhost" with the target IP address when it is found in I/O variables during auto-detect.

Why should this Pull Request be merged?

Work around for AB#881503, where I/O variables incorrectly report "localhost" instead of the remote target IP address.

What testing has been done?

Confirmed it addresses the issue the customer mentioned in AB#881503 was seeing.
