Keeping Asset Management HTTP API documentation up to date

What testing has been done?

Verified that the HTTP API documentation is rendered correctly in Swagger

@andreirogobete, we typically use the PR into this repo as an opportunity to have the document reviewed by a tech writer. Has Caley reviewed these changes in either PR?

I made the changes a while ago which added asset utilization APIs and have added Caley to that PR. I just forgot to upload those changes to github so Andrei helped with that.
