Does anyone have a USB3 vision for QNX 6.5 open source driver ?

You can easily do all of this with libusb. There are some ports of libusb to QNX. I would only use this driver if you have a very ancient Linux that doesn't support MMAP buffers on USB infrastructure. (>5years old).
