Issue: Hard time understanding #86

I have made it all the way to having all of the .arc files, but I'm really confused on the part where you extract the models and animations from the .arc file. All of the ways down their are really outdated like , SZS Tools , I not positive that those programs will still work with today. Do you have any other ways of doing this? I'm using windows 11 for context.

Also is the ARCtool.py extracting only one arc file or all of them?
