Update kettle docs for new steps (since 4.0) #40

steps new in versions beyond 4.0 are not taken care of. 

In most cases it will be a matter of updating the css and copying any 
new/modified images.

Updating the css is automated since r82:
  - copy kettle-steps.xml, kettle-job-entries.xml from pdi source distribution (./src)
    to ./constructor
  - execute ./constructor/Create_Files.kjb
    This creates new transformation.css and job.css

Images still need be copied by hand from source distribution

Plugin steps are not supported this way
