Missing / in html path #47

Cookbook works when run in spoon but links end up missing a /
For example
file:///tmp/output/htmlget_report_filenames.ktr.html

Not sure where that is generated but i guess is missing a / from the string 
generation.

Take out the / from the end of the input_dir or output_dir
