Generate some doco against a set of transformations which use mappings.

Notice that Mapping input and Mapping output steps do not get documented as 
Input/Output steps in the high level Data Flow Diagram section of the report.

Version is latest from svn.

Thanks! Will check, probably easy to fix in the xslt. If you like I can give 
you a hint what to change, so you can try it. If it works, I'm happy to give 
you commit access so you can add it.
