Add dividers/subtitles/headings for when no Category sys_id is provided in the URL.
When the Category is not provided, the widget displays all top-level Categories from the Catalog(s) associated with the current Portal. If there are more than one Catalogs, dividers/subtitles/headings should be displayed to differentiate the different Catalogs to which the Categories belong?
