Improve Responsiveness on mobile (Particularly the display of the lists of pledges on the Dashboard, the scrolling action when a pop up is active, and date selectors inside pop ups.

the scrolling action when an Add a Pledge pop up is active, scrolling down through form fields was problematic on IPhone 6
date selectors - problematic on IPhone 6
the display of the lists of pledges on the Dashboard, (horizontal scrolling)
