3.7 Dashboard -Pop Ups triggered and details have been entered, clicking on screen outside details are lost #24

When the Pop Ups are triggered and details have been entered, clicking on screen outside the pop up closes the pop up window and details are lost. Can we make these sticky? It is too easy to click off the Pop Up when scrolling.
