4c.2 Default the pledge address to be the same as the profile address, with an option to change the pledge address. (Handle this as Payment/Shipping details are usually handled, i.e. Checkbox for Use Profile Address pre-selected to true with profile address then preloaded into the pledge address fields. Unselecting clears the pre-loaded information.
