Drop for field: "Who owns the accommodation" selections dont really make sense:

Owner - of course the owner owns the place!
Occupier - Hmm
Owner and Occupier - 2 people own the house

Not sure what should be here. Suggestion:

I am the owner
Landlord
???

Maybe an insurance would have a good list i.e. house insurance form would have a lust like this?
